Churches/ Mosques
All the main mosques and churches in Kampala are situated on hills.
Rubaga Hill is houses the Catholic Cathedral.
Kibuli Mosque is on Kibuli Hill.
Namirembe Hill is the home to the Anglican Cathedral.
Nsambya Hill accommodates a Catholic Church Parish.
The hill of the Impala (Kampala or Nakasero) is where the new Uganda Muslim Supreme Council mosque is situated.
The Kampala Bahá'í Temple is one of only seven Bahá'í Houses of Worship in the world. It is known as the Mother Temple of Africa and is situated on Kikaya Hill off Gayaza Road.
